An inspiring full-day conference that will energize and renew you!  The event features two incredible keynote speakers, nine breakout sessions (you get to choose three), a technology demo room, speed coaching and mentoring, and networking. Attendance is encouraged for all women in Austin, both AWT members and non-members alike.








Austin Women in Technology (AWT) will host its annual full-day Women’s Business Conference on Friday, February 19, 2010, at the Norris Conference Center in Austin, Texas.  This year’s theme is “Soaring to Success”, features two keynote speakers including Colleen Barrett, President Emeritus for Southwest Airlines, as the Afternoon Keynote Speaker, and Cathy Bonner, President at the Bonner Companies, speaking in the morning keynote session on “The Ten Commandments for Success”.  

            


At the Woman’s Business Conference you will learn ways to expand your sphere of influence in your work, personal life and community by participating in break-out sessions, speed coaching and mentoring exercises. Experience the latest technologies on exhibition throughout the day and enjoy networking and door prize opportunities during the afternoon Happy Hour.  


 


All our speakers are women in leadership roles in Austin.  Our breakout session speakers include Brandi Clark, Jenny Hoff, Elizabeth Holloway, Elise, Hu, Sherry Lowry, Charlotte Ann Lucas, Elizabeth Quintanilla, Mary Ann Roser, Carolyn Scarborough, Sheila Scarborough, Chana Shulman and Deirdre Walsh.


 


During the midday Lunch, you can visit the demo room, receive speed coaching, mentoring, and networking, and view the sponsor’s exhibits.  A continental breakfast and lunch are included in the price of admission, as well as coffee and snacks.

Registration and breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m.


Sessions begin at 8:30 a.m.


Afternoon wrap up, happy hour and networking is from 4:45 - 6:00 p.m.
